These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Elvua mobile application operated by NOTIX DOO BEOGRAD. By using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Services

Elvua allows users to browse, book and manage appointments with salons and service providers. We do not provide the services ourselves and are not liable for third-party service quality.

3. User Obligations

• Provide accurate account and booking information
• Respect booking times and salon rules
• Do not misuse or attempt to disrupt the app

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and branding within Elvua are owned by NOTIX DOO BEOGRAD or its partners and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Elvua is provided “as is”. We are not liable for missed appointments, service provider actions, or any indirect damages resulting from app usage.

7. Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to our data practices.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. All disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Belgrade.
